Position: Assistant Manager/Manager, SCM at CEMS Bangladesh

Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Management located in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for analytical skills, supply management, purchase management, supply chain management, and inventory management. The role involves overseeing the procurement process, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field
Experience- 5 to 7 years
Requirements:
logistics assessments and write reports to describe challenges and successes, documenting disruptions to prevent future issues
Experience in supply management and purchase management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers.
Strong negotiation skills
Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Analytical skills, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Management
