Job Title: Customer Success Intern (Marketing Team)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site (Gulshan-2)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Task Management: Coordinate and follow up on customer tasks related to image and video
production, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
2. Payment Management: Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding payments and invoices, and
manage any payment-related inquiries or issues
3. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, managing client communication across
WhatsApp, Email, Facebook and other platforms
4. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, tasks completion and payments
received
5. Copyright: Good creative copyright writing skills in both English and Bangla
Requirements:
1. 0-1 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a marketing agency or digital
marketing environment.
2. Experience in managing client relationships and handling payment follow-ups is a plus.
3. Proficient in using Office tools, including online collaboration tools such as Google Doc and Notion.
4. Fluent in English, able to communicate with international clients in written and oral form.
5. Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
