𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Generate leads and secure new clients through various channels, including personal networks and business community contacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and execute marketing activities in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market surveys and research to identify opportunities and threats. • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and improve sales processes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts regularly.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and professional development initiatives.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum 𝐨𝐟 4–6 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 2–3 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.
• Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university.
• Experience in 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐍𝐁𝐅𝐈), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network and connections within banks and financial institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
