Senior Fire Safety Officer

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field (Honours).
• Professional certifications such as:
* Fire Science & Occupational Safety Course
* Fire Safety Manager Course
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and regularly update fire safety policies and emergency response procedures in compliance with national laws and international standards (e.g., NFPA, RSC).
• Conduct fire risk assessments and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Supervise the maintenance and inspection of all fire detection and protection systems.
• Organize and lead regular fire drills and emergency evacuation training.
• Ensure fire safety documentation is up to date and properly maintained.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum working experience 5–10 years of relevant experience in fire safety management, preferably in the garments/textile/industrial sector.
