Position: Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive-IE

Educational requirement: Graduation/ B.Sc in IPE form any reputed university.
Experience: Must have 5-6 year working experience in woven (Bottom) base RMG.
Job Responsibility:
• Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
• Follows up time- study, capacity study, and production study.
• Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV on a regular basis.
• Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
• Monitor cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage
• New operator monitoring with capacity, capability & handling Issue.
• Monitor monthly projection & labor cost analysis
• Co-ordinate with Production department for improving their working procedures.
• Factory wise machinery allocation based on production plan
Salary: Negotiable
