Position: Business Analyst
Job Nature: Full time, Location: Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Weekly Holidays: 2
Responsibilities:
· Daily Sales Update and reporting
· Sales Trend analysis
· Distributor Performance analysis
· Daily Sales Forecasting
· Maintain a database of Distributors, retailers, etc.
· Facilitate the sales team by providing sales analysis report to them
Collect and analysis data from the sales team
· Periodical market visit to analyze the market based on the distributor, and retailer performance as well as to measure brand loyalty among the stack-holders
· Distributor wise monthly target forecasting along with Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence
· Monitor Distributor wise targets and initiate corrective measures if needed
· Follow up and lead the whole development process of each ERP module by coordinating with the software development team as per the need of the Sales dept
· Forecasting current market situation & analyzing customers’ preferences through a collection of market insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or equivalent from a reputed university
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
2/3 Years’ experience in a similar role (Freshers also can apply)
