Position: Recruitment Consultant Full Time)

Qualification:
• Must have Bachelor’s/master’s degree (Major in HRM or MKT will be added as advantage.)
Requirements:
• Freshers can apply.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in tele marketing or direct sales through online is an added advantage.
• Working at international call centers will be added advantage.
• Fluency in English is must (Please don’t apply if you are not fluent in English.)
• Must have valid documents (Certificate, NOC of previous organization, NID etc)
Job Responsibilities:
• Generating new clients which can be achievable through sales calls/outbound call and email marketing.
• Excellent salesmanship, negotiation, and business development skills. (Cold call/Sales call to the client & negotiate the rates & services).
• Sourcing candidates by utilizing job boards in UK.
• Sourcing candidates to fill a variety of roles.
• Excellent understanding and ability to browse and search information online, also should be able to maintain the portal clients.
• Filling up various roles and job vacancies for portal clients by proposing our own candidates.
• Screening candidates over the phone, meeting and Video conferencing. Maintain full staff management for our candidates (Check in. check out, guide them about the rules of uniform, signing timesheet).
• Maintain full compliance check for our own workers for Audit.
• Maintain full payrolls of your candidate’s weekly basis. Need to track each & every shift in a week & complete the payroll accordingly.
Facilities:
• Weekly two days off.
• Drop off service.
• Diner fully Subsidize.
Salary: 25 thousand TK + Commission
Work Hours: 02:00PM-11:00PM. (We follow the UK time)
Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. (On Site)
Age not more than 30 Years.
