The ideal incumbent will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven analyses to support the company’s decision-making processes and for developing and implementing causal inference methods to understand the impact of various Marketing initiatives.
๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ:
โข Analyze data obtained from customers, companies and competitors to quantify business issues and build business cases
โข Prepare operational performance reports, perform customers/driver-partners data analysis for highlighting key issues and ensuring risk mitigation
โข Develop, maintain and monitor insightful dashboards and report to relevant stakeholders
โข Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and proactively recommend superior solutions
โข Perform any other responsibilities assigned
๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ :
โข Bachelorโs degree in CSE, EEE or BBA with 1+ years of relevant experience. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply as well.
โข Experience of working with SQL, MySQL, Postgres RDBMS. Knowledge on Google Big query will be an added advantage.
โข Strong critical thinking ability and expertise to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
โข Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
โข Knowledge on programming languages (Python/ R) will be counted as a plus
