Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Engineer/HR/Marketing Background).

Location: Onsite, Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Working Hours: Night Shift (8:30 pm – 5:30 am)
Salary: 30k – 40k BDT (Negotiable)
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at Dexian | DISYS Bangladesh Ltd. This is an onsite position based in Dhaka City.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates.
– Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
– Assess technical skills and suitability for specific roles.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
– Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
– Engineering background or HR background with strong technical knowledge.
– Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
– Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Willingness to work night shifts (8:30 pm – 6:00 am).
