Position: Operations Consultant (Calling Expert)
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct a large number of outbound calls daily within the designated time frame
– Achieve and exceed daily calling targets to maximize productivity and efficiency
– Generate accurate and comprehensive end-of-day reports on calling activities and outcomes
– Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improved performance
– Maintain attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and campaign success
.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a Call Center environment is preferable
– Bachelor’s degree or higher educational qualification is required
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with potential leads and deliver impactful messages
– Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate data recording and reporting
– Ability to handle pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Salary: (Depending on the candidate’s profile)
