Reporting: Factory Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for electrical components, assemblies, and finished products.
- Identify and document non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to improve processes and product quality.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and initiate preventive measures.
- Maintain records of quality inspections, testing results, and compliance reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory compliance in quality control operations.
- Assist in internal and external audits to uphold industry certifications and compliance.
- Develop and update SOPs and work instructions for QC processes.
- Define and validate new QC procedures, test methods, and inspection criteria.
- Support NPD by integrating quality and testability requirements.
- Train production teams on quality standards and defect prevention.
We Require:
- BSc in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience from any leading electrical company.
- Age at most 32 Years.
