Bahon Limited, the NTTN company, is looking for “Senior Executive” for Sales & Marketing Department
Job Responsibilities:
• Set sales goals by predicting and formulating annual sales targets, estimating anticipated sales volume and profit for both existing and new products.
• Drive the strategic direction and growth of the company by providing support to the sales team, with the ultimate goal of accomplishing sales objectives.
• Monitor & actively involved in the development of strategic campaigns aimed at gaining access to critical accounts and specific markets, all the while identifying fresh targets, markets, and potential openings.
• Analyze data and take result-oriented strategies to achieve the target.
• Monitor team members’ assigned tasks and reports generation.
• Monitor analyzing various reports preparation for developing effective result-oriented strategies.
• Prepare, analyze and present various reports to the management & clients, as required.
• Working closely with the internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of service to meet client expectations with standard.
• Mentor and guide the team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Celebrate special events, event management with big corporate clients, arranging workshop etc.
Educational Background: BBA/MBA (Marketing) from any UGC approved university.
Graduated from EEE/Telecommunications/CSE is preferred
Experience: 2-5 years hands on experience
-Must have working experience in ISP/IIG/NTTN/MNO
