Bahon Limited the NTTN company, is looking for “Senior Executive (Regional) [Barisal]” for Operation & Maintenance Department.
Educational Background: Bsc in EEE/ECE/Telecommunications or related field.
Experience: 4-5 years hands on experience.
-Working experience in ISP/IIG/NTTN/MNO is preffered
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct optical fiber network surveys, planning, design, and installation supervision.
2. Provide optical fiber network maintenance and back-office support.
3. Prepare feasibility reports.
4. Deliver new links, including link handover and acceptance letter signing.
5. Communicate with clients and vendors.
6. Take over new installations from vendors/project teams.
7. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
8. Supervise the technician team.
9. Perform preventive maintenance on active/passive devices.
10. Conduct emergency maintenance and replacement for active/passive devices.
11. Manage vendor relationships.
12. Oversee network upgradation and downgration
Additional requirement:
1. Install and power on switches and routers.
2. Connect patch cords and Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) modules.
3. Install and maintain batteries and rectifiers.
4. Install and maintain generator starting systems.
