Vacancy: 01/02
Responsibilities:
I. Responsible for having close interaction with Production team, Product Test Engineering team, Quality team and Communicate technical product status to management.
ii. Responsible for supporting yield improvement, downtime reduction and one time pass rate improvement for production ramp.
iii. Program various SMT equipment (MPM paste printer, Fuji pick and place, BTU-re-flow oven, PARMI-AOI&SPI) for new boards.
iv. Conduct exploratory studies and analysis to identify PCB assembly processes to meet product requirements.
v. Develop rework processes for PCBAs – adhesives, under-fill and encapsulation dispensing recipes based on product requirements.
vi. Develop cause and effect analysis, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control plans.
vii. Troubleshoot and identify corrective measures to critical equipment (mechanical, electrical, thermal, optical etc.) related problems.
Educational Requirements: BSc in EEE/Diploma in Electrical
Experience: 1-2 (Freshers are also increasing to apply)
