Job Title: IT Intern
Internship Period: 6 Months
Education:
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, and Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Requirements:
• Knowledge in IT management of Software development/ IT service provider
• Shall have demonstrated experience in and a fundamental understanding of basic networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Must have strong verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner.
• Accurate and attention to detail; self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
• Check, update, and close tickets on IT support from ticket system.
• Assist IT team during conducting internal audit whether IM/IT Policy is practiced by the users.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
• Remuneration: BDT 10,000 (per month)
• Partially Subsidized Lunch Facilities
• 5 working days (Weekends: Sat & Sun)
