Job Responsibility:
- Inbound & outbound executions
- Bill settlement
- Place request for the locator
- After completing the inbound process, Input 3 steps Oracle ERP data transactions for generating the GRN
- Received the supplier bill for GRN
- After cross-checking the bill, share the GRN with the user for bill submission
- Input for both inbound and outbound data in Oracle ERP
- Time to time connect with ERP team for any kind of trouble shooting
Position 2:
Title: Assistant Officer , Warehouse Management
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure proper planning & execution of inbound of Logistics, POSM & Gift items.
- Ensure compliant inbound.
- Inbound report preparation
- Getting inbound receiving list from the user & negotiation with the user & supplier by providing the time slot for delivery
- Space Management for the product keeping
- Inbound documentation check
- Update Inbound database
- Prepare the documentation for QC
- Prepare the QC Result & share it to the user Prepare the inbound summary report on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
