Position: Sr. Officer – HR
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Coordinate with and ensure support between HO HR and HCMP HR team for proper alignment with HO and effective implementation of HR activities in HCMP.
- Involved in HR work planning and follow up the overall progress of each activity as per set timeline and its effectiveness.
- Engage with Management in the formulation of HCMP strategies related to HR, General Guidelines and policies, playing a supportive role in the process.
- Drive performance based-culture and change management initiatives in HCMP through appropriate HR solutions
- Assist ensuring capacity building & career management initiatives in HCMP HR team members to retain and enhance productivity
- Ensure various report formats are designed as per needs and use it for keeping track of the tasks
- Provide guideline and feedback to the team with the aim of strengthening their knowledge and capacity and ensure career management to retain and enhance productivity
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- SKILLS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Able to act proactively, ethically, professionally and confidentially.
- Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office
- Able to manage administrative tasks.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant field.
EDUCATION: Graduate in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
