Position Production Manager
Location: Akran Bazar, Birulia, Savar, Dhaka
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (or related)
– 5+ years in manufacturing production management
Expertise in quality control systems, reverse engineering, and process optimization
Proven ability to lead technical teams (10-15 members)
Strong grasp of industrial safety, inventory management, and efficiency improvement
Core Responsibilities: Oversee daily production and QC implementation
Lead reverse engineering for product development
Mentor teams and optimize manufacturing workflows
Salary: BDT 30,000 – 50,000/month (experience-based)
