Job Title: Mechanical Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Operations:
Develop and execute Annual, Preventive, Corrective, and Scheduled Maintenance plans to optimize machinery performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot factory machinery to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.
Oversee 8 MW (33/11/0.440 KV) substation operations, perform energy analysis, and optimize utility costs.
Manage the 5.0 MW diesel power plant (Bangla CAT 16-cylinder engine) and 4-ton fire tube boiler to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Machinery & Utility Management:
Design, install, modify, commission, and improve plant machinery and utility equipment.
Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to enhance production quality.
Procurement & Inventory Management:
Source machinery, equipment, and spare parts from local and international suppliers.
Conduct inventory analysis for efficient stock management and forecasting.
SAP & Data Management:
Manage SAP MM & PM modules within SAP S/4 HANA 2000 for maintenance and material management.
Project Management & Compliance:
Supervise installation, planning, operations, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
Develop and manage engineering budgets, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in plant maintenance, machinery operations, and utility management.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in TPM, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and OEE principles.
Hands-on experience with substation, power plant, boiler operations, and industrial machinery.
Strong knowledge of SAP MM & PM modules within SAP S/4 HANA 2000.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Compliance & Safety:
Deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and audit documentation.
