China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) a renowned international construction company is looking for the position of “Site Manager/Site Engineer and Utilities Diversion/Relocation Manager” for DWASA sewage network project in Dhaka Bangladesh.
1)Position Title: Site Manager/Site Engineer
Work Location: Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
– Ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget. – Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
– Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
– Resolve any issues or delays that arrive on site.
– Responsible for preparing daily working report and finishing all the site work following the construction schedule.
Qualifications:
– Relevant engineering background, working experience under Dhaka WASA will be preferred.
– Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
– Should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in water/sewerage pipe laying work.
– Strong written, verbal and presentation skill.
– Good communication and coordination skills, able to organize and manage teams effectively. Must have proficiency in English.
– Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
2) Position Title: Utilities Diversion/Relocation Manager
Work Location: Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
– Prepare utilities diversion/relocation plan.
– Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for necessary approvals and permits.
– Supervise the relocation of facilities in accordance with project requirements.
– Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors involved in facilities relocation.
– Report progress and any issues to the project management team.
– Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Qualifications:
– Relevant engineering background, working experience under Dhaka WASA will be preferred.
– Should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in water/sewerage pipe laying work. – Strong written, verbal and presentation skill.
– Good communication and coordination skills, able to organize and manage teams effectively. Must have proficiency in English.
– Should have experience in utility diversion/relocation work.
