Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, proactive, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about the textile or chemical industry and want to grow into leadership roles within a sustainable manufacturing company.
Minimum Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Textile Engineering from a recognized university. (Mandatory)
Experience:
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage.
Language & Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
· Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Salary and Benefits:
· Salary Range: BDT 25,000 – BDT 30,000 per month.
· Lunch: Partially subsidized by the company.
· Yearly Increment: As per company policy.
