Job Responsivity:
o Maintain the quality and accuracy of the Technical support.
o Support users for solving PC, Laptop, Printer, DVR, NVR, Camera, & Others Electronics Hardware Devices.
o Test products, write bug reports and suggest new features based on consumer feedback.
o Write and create new customer & product documentation, knowledge-based Work with our technical operations team.
May need to arrange calls and screen sharing sessions outside the daily working schedule Job Responsibilities in case of an emergency.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Diploma in CSE / EEE/ AC Maintenance Short Course.
Skills Required: Computer Operating, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Additional Requirements:
o Must have good knowledge of IT
o Excellent writing and communication skills technical support into simple language.
o Graduation in any discipline.
o Motivated & passionate about helping consumers and support your colleagues grow.
