Position- Associate- Incubation (Commercial)
Job Description
> To train and incubate new sellers verified with an aging target and ensure business activation on platform by 30 days on-boarding.
> To incubate and control seller operational KPIs (OOS, PT, QRR & Assortment Count) on a day-on-day basis to week-on-week basis.
> To ensure on-boarded sellers have a complete guidance on Operating, Selling, Compliance & Finance
> Ensuring participation by Seller on Weekly Campaigns, Mega Campaigns, Seller Promotional tools adaptations, Store Optimization etc.
> To grow sellers’ business Month on Month with team specified targets and ensure seller’s do not churn out after a certain aging
Qualifications
> Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
> Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field. (Working experience in Key Account Management or Business Development).
> Must have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to connect with any mindset people and explain the importance of selling with a target.
> Passion for e-commerce and understanding seller journey.
> Must be highly energetic and innovative in day-to-day task execution with smart attitude
> Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Spreadsheet (Intermediate Level knowledge in Excel is a PLUS) – Must know at least the basic functions of Excel & Google Spreadsheet.
> Basic knowledge in SQL & Python
>Freshers can apply if they are competent
