Job Title: Chief Project Officer (CPO)
Reporting to: CEO (Based in Switzerland)
Job Overview:
Dinnova AG Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Project Officer (CPO) to spearhead the successful execution of key initiatives and align them with the company’s strategic vision. As a member of the leadership team, the CPO will work directly with the CEO, providing strategic oversight on all projects and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation in Computer Science and the ability to navigate complex challenges while delivering actionable insights. The CPO will be instrumental in shaping the company’s project delivery framework, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring the organization’s goals are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
>Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall project management strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.
>Project Portfolio Oversight: Lead and manage the entire portfolio of projects, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery of business-critical initiatives.
>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the CEO and key stakeholders, acting as a bridge between leadership and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment across the board.
>Data-Driven Decision Making: Use advanced analytical skills to drive key decisions related to project estimations, risk management, and performance optimization.
>Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in project management, fostering a high-performance culture within cross-functional teams, and ensuring process improvements are continuously identified and adopted.
>Innovation and Growth: Promote innovation by encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, helping the company remain competitive in a fast-evolving landscape.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
-Proven track record of leadership in project management, preferably at a senior level within the tech or software industry.
-Strong ability to analyze complex problems and provide strategic solutions.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with teams at all levels.
-Experience in crafting accurate project estimates, financial forecasts, and resource plans.
-Proficient in modern project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or other relevant platforms.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high-stakes projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
