They are seeking a tech-savvy and organized individual to join our General Administration team as a Telecommunication Management Executive!
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth telecommunication operations within our company. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and maintaining accurate Management Information Systems (MIS).
Responsibilities:
– Answer and manage daily incoming and outgoing calls
– Route customer inquiries (internal and external) to the relevant departments or extensions based on their needs
– Regularly update daily MIS, including AVAYA extensions, BTCL numbers, and – – Pan Bank details, to guarantee uninterrupted service
– Maintain and update MIS records of daily activities
Qualifications:
– 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as telecommunications, customer service, or administration
– University degree in a business discipline (preferred) with a CGPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 5.0)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
