Esteem Soft Limited is looking for a proactive and passionate Trainee, Implementation and Support Engineer to join our team! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software deployment, client support, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and configuring software solutions at client sites
Provide training to clients on software functionality and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients
Conduct surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain accurate documentation of support and implementation activities
Perform additional tasks assigned by the department
Educational Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Computer Science & Technology preferred)
Candidates with relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements:
Age: Up to 26 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Basic knowledge of IT systems, software installation, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must own a personal laptop
Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere within Bangladesh
Typing Speed: English – 30 WPM | Bangla – 20 WPM (Minimum)
Compensation & Benefits:
Honorarium: 8,000 BDT/Month
Travel allowance
Certificate of Completion + Incentives for exceptional performance
