Position: Assistant Manager- DWDM Network
Responsibilities & Context:
• Ensure the Service Level Agreement of Network.
• Handling the Critical issues of DWDM networks.
• Maintain the Quality of Operational Services of DWDM network.
• Maintain and tune the DWDM network to keep it error free, up to date and optimized.
• Assess, evaluate and identify the network loop holes, propose inputs to planning team and ensure necessary corrections from them.
• Maintain proper databases of the network & prepare necessary reports for management.
• Inventory and spare parts management to ensure the smooth operational activities.
• Internal and external (Vendor) stakeholders’ management.
• Lead the 24/7 shifting team.
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Additional Requirements:
• Age 30 to 37 years
• Expert level understanding on SDH, DWDM, OFC, GPON
• Moderate understanding IPv4/6 routing and switching, MPLS & server system
• Project management related capability
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
