Bangladeshi graduate students have the opportunity to pursue free higher education in Japan
Honda Foundation, Bangladesh Honda Private Limited and Japan International Cooperation Center have jointly organized the ‘Honda Young Engineers and Scientists (Y-E-S) Award 2024’ to promote higher education and skill development of young engineers and scientists in Bangladesh.
The aim of this initiative is to create higher education opportunities for young engineers and researchers, provide financial support and enhance their skills, especially in the field of ecotechnology.
Award Benefits
Y-E-S Stage 1: Four winners will be awarded US$ 3,000, which will be spent on their educational and skill development activities.
Y-E-S Plus Stage 2: Winners in the next stage will receive support of up to US$ 7,000 to pursue higher education or research in Japan.
Application Eligibility
Only 6th, 7th or 8th semester undergraduate students can apply; applicants must be students of BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET; Minimum CGPA of 3.25 per semester till 5th semester.

Application Deadline
