This is one of the most prestigious scholarships in Europe. This scholarship from the European Union is for Masters and Doctoral programs in various subjects in Europe. You can apply for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship without IELTS to study in Belgium. The scholarship provides students with a monthly living allowance of 1,100 to 1,200 euros, as well as tuition fees, visa fees, travel and student insurance.
4. VLIR-UOS Scholarship Program
The VLIR-UOS scholarship provides students with a full tuition fee waiver, living expenses, airfare and a monthly stipend. It is one of the most sought-after scholarship programs for international students. Approximately 31 foreign students are awarded this scholarship each year to study at a Flemish university or college on a fully funded basis.
5. Global Minds Doctoral Scholarship
The Global Minds Doctoral Scholarship is an initiative of KU Leuven to encourage collaborative research with experts from developing countries. The scholarship provides PhD candidates from developing countries with the opportunity to conduct research. The scholarship usually covers full tuition fees, a monthly stipend of 2,199 euros, medical insurance, airfare and a monthly research allowance of 310 euros. IELTS is not required to apply for this scholarship.
