Position: Part-Time Customer Manager
Job Description:
You will be the bridge between Homefectionery and customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive interactions with our audience both over the phone and across social channels. This position offers two available time slots tailored to suit your schedule.
Day Shift: 9AM – 1PM
Night Shift: 5PM – 9PM
Number of Vacancies: 10
Responsibilities:
- Strike conversation over each interaction with customers. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns via phone, and social media channels during your assigned shift.
- Provide accurate information about our services, subscription plans, and menu offerings to customers.
- Address customer issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and engage with our audience on social media platforms, including Facebook & Instagram during your designated hours.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, comments, and responses, to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing social media presence and community engagement.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali (written and oral), with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook & Instagram for both personal and business purposes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during your assigned shift in an office environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
