Job Description:
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing campaigns
- Proven network within the landscape of agency and businesses in the Dhaka region
- Previous experience in performance-based influencer marketing campaigns.
- understanding of market targets and budgets, media industry, and new business development
- strong experience with digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem (Social Media/Media/Advertising/Digital)
- 1-2 years of experience in media/creative agency
- excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Continually develop relevant sales prospect lists using market trends, exceptional product and industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of brand marketing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop key value propositions, product opportunities, sales materials, and data/insight analytics to ensure robust and compelling sales propositions.
- Shaping together with your team the biggest influencer marketing platform.
- Executing short-term strategic goals with Business Development Director to grow business.

Nature of job:
1. This is an on-site job.
2. Office hour starts from 12 till 8 pm.
3. Employees will get 6 days off in a month; all the Fridays and alternative Saturdays will be day offs.
4. Office location is at Panthapath, Dhaka.
