Position: Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Company: Inument Solutions Limited (www.inument.com) is a software outsourcing company from Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong machine learning, data science, and software engineering background. They have strong programming skills in Python. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world problems. They will be evaluating existing machine learning (ML) processes, performing statistical analysis to resolve data set problems, and enhancing the accuracy of Model’s predictive capabilities.
* Workplace: Work at the office (Baridhara DOHS)
* Time: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
* No. of Vacancies: 2
* Year of experience: 5 to 12 years (within which at least two years experience as a machine learning engineer)
* Monthly Salary: BDT 130-250k (based on year of experience and skill set)
* Must-Have: The candidate must be very strong on machine learning, and a proficient English speaker to communicate with foreign clients.

Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using machine learning models to solve business problems and optimize processes
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Model (LLM), is a must.
- Have experience with Elasticsearch, a powerful open-source search and analytics engine that can handle large volumes of data and complex queries.
- Preferably have knowledge of computer vision, data mining, or other domains of machine learning
- Explore and experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of machine learning models to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and addressing problems with deployed AI to improve user experience.
- Self-starter, quick learner, and capable of working by self or as part of a team depending upon the requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify patterns, and extract insights.
- Staying up to date on the latest innovations in machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Do daily communications with foreign clients, understand their needs, discuss the approach, and work accordingly.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions
- Knowledge of data science, statistics, and mathematics
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of deploying machine learning models in production is a plus
- Preferably familiar with AWS SageMaker
- Super analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field
