Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
JICA Bangladesh is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support administrative operations, ensuring smooth documentation processes and compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Passbook Management: Facilitate the acquisition and renewal of passbooks for Japanese staff by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating with government officials face to face. Maintain an updated list of passbook acquisition and renewal statuses.
2. Vehicle Ownership & Transfer: Prepare documents and coordinate with government officials face to face for vehicle ownership transfer of Japanese staff. Keep an accurate and updated record of Japanese staff’s vehicles.
3. Office Vehicle Maintenance record: Document and Maintain office vehicle maintenance records and related accounting document.
4. IT & Administrative Support: Support IT-related administrative tasks, manage official documentation, and assist with general office operations.
5. Others: Any other tasks assigned by the office.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation from a reputed University.
2~3+ years of experience in administrative roles, especially with government offices and ministries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with government officials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
