Job Circular: Jr. Executive / Executive Engineer – Civil

Position Summary:
The Jr. Executive / Executive Engineer – Civil will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and supervision of various civil engineering projects within the terminal. The role requires practical experience in civil construction and a strong understanding of project coordination and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities.
• Support in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Monitor site work and ensure it aligns with project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
• Maintain site records, drawings, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
• Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related engineering tools.
• Good understanding of construction techniques, layout, and site management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
