Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Prepare and present detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions.
Supervise and mentor junior architects, drafters, and project teams, ensuring adherence to design standards and project timelines.
Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers, landscape designers, and contractors during all phases of the project.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, RAJUK/City Corporation regulations, and environmental standards (BNBC).
Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress, construction quality, and adherence to design intent.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee material selection, detailing, and specification writing to align with the project’s vision and durability standards.
Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and modern technologies into architectural solutions.
Handle client meetings, design reviews, and approvals with a focus on achieving client satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management skills: team leadership, schedule management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
A strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design work.
Sound knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK rules, and city corporation regulations.
Hands-on site supervision experience, construction detailing, and contractor coordination.
Experience:
4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputed real estate company or architectural firm.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: BDT 50,000 – 65,000 (based on experience)
