Chattogram EPZ is looking Enterprise Support Agent to support and ensure smooth IT operations under the direction and alignment with our global IT team.
Requirements:
· Graduated (CSE / IT/ IS)
· More than 2 years’ experience in relevant field (Manufacturing companies IT environment preferable).
· CCNA, MCP or other IT related professional qualification will get preference.
Key Concentration/KRA:
· Managing business user issues related to hardware and software applications (SAP, LOB and O365 applications) and resolving within set SLAs
· Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including networks and servers, identify and plan rectification of performance/ availability issues
· Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with business users
· IT equipment sourcing
· Act as primary contact point for all enterprise support requirements
· Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures
