▪︎ Office Time: Roster Duty (weekly 2 holidays)
▪︎ Department: Customer Support (NOC)
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring bandwidth graph, log server, NMS software etc.
Troubleshooting & Understanding IP Network, Network Design and planning.
1st level Customer Support (Over Telephone).
Basic knowledge of Mikrotik, Router, Switch, OLT, Cisco, Juniper, Mail configuration.
Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, Mail configuration, L2 & L3 Connectivity, FTTx, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Radio, installation, configuration).
▪︎ Gender: Only Male.
▪︎ Other Facilities: As per company policies.
Experience Requirements:
▪︎ Education: B.Sc. in CSE/EEE
▪︎ Experience: At least 2 years
▪︎ Communication Skills: Good
▪︎ Language Skills (Bangla & English): Good
▪︎ IT Skills: Good
▪︎ Salary: Negotiable
