Position: Deputy Manager/Manager – HR Business Partner
Department: Human Resources
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to assigned departments by aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions.
· Align HR strategies to support organizational goals and departmental needs.
· Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop workforce plans.
· Drive recruitment and onboarding strategies for the assigned departments.
· Assist in identifying training and development needs, ensuring career progression plans.
· Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
· Coach managers on delivering constructive feedback and developing performance improvement plans.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
· Address employee relations issues, including grievances and conflict resolution, in a fair and consistent manner.
· Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
· Prepare reports on HR activities, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
· Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy implementation.
Skill Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
· Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
