Position: Executive – Customer Strategy
Department: Commercial Strategy & Channel Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and create greater value for customer stickiness.
• Develop and implement targeted campaigns to win back churned customers.
• Analyze the effectiveness of churn-back campaigns and optimize strategies based on results.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on customer stickiness, churn rate, and churn-back success.
• Manage customer complaints and gather necessary information to address customer pain points.
Experience:
• Fresher/1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
