What’s the role about?
As an Executive/Senior Executive, Employer Branding, you will be the voice behind NEXT Ventures’ employer brand—crafting compelling content, designing impactful campaigns, and shaping an engaging candidate and employee experience. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure NEXT Ventures is recognized as a top-tier employer in the fintech space.
Your mission:
Develop and execute an employer branding strategy that positions NEXT Ventures as a fintech employer of choice.
Create engaging content—videos, blogs, social media posts, and employee testimonials—that showcase our culture and values.
Manage and enhance our LinkedIn and other career platforms to amplify our brand presence.
Organize and promote employer branding events, such as career fairs, webinars, and employee spotlights.
Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to create seamless candidate experiences.
Analyze key metrics (engagement, application rates, retention) to optimize branding efforts.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within our employer branding strategy.
What we’re looking for:
2-4 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
A natural storyteller with exceptional content creation skills (writing, editing, and multimedia).
Strong digital marketing expertise with LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe Suite, HR analytics tools.
A team player with top-notch project management and communication skills.
Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and engaging talent communities.
