Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for analyzing, developing and enhancing our platform to ensure a higher level of customer experience and satisfaction.
2. Design and develop professional and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
3. UI/UX Understanding: Demonstrate a good understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly platform.
4. Web Design Skills: Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3 for web design to create visually appealing interfaces.
5. Comparison Analysis: Conduct a comparative analysis with top tracking platforms to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our platform and suggest improvements.
6. Development Scope: Identify and define the development scope necessary to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
7. Technical Expertise: Possess working knowledge of software technology, programming experience, and broad business understanding. Ability to develop business process models.
8. Customer Requirements Analysis: Analyze existing customer requirements in detail and propose satisfactory developments to meet their needs.
Educational Qualification: BSc in CSE
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in software development
Additional Requirements
1. Apps development: Android and iOS
2. Programming languages, Databases and others: C language, Python, React, NodeJS, ASP.net, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, GitHub, Git, Cloud (AWS), Linux, GPS Tracking System etc.
Competency Requirements:
1. Problem-solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome technical challenges.
2. Testing and Troubleshooting: Ability to test and troubleshoot complex software applications to ensure quality and reliability.
3. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to ensure clear understanding and collaboration within the team.
4. Self-motivation: Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and taking initiative.
5. Team player: Working experience as a team member.
6. Data analysis and presentation
7. Good Communication skill with patience and perseverance.
