Job Overview:
Parija Properties Ltd. is seeking a qualified and honest Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of practical experience in the field and a proven track record in managing construction sites. The successful candidate will possess excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, office management, and estimation work, with significant experience in finishing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, addressing any issues that arise.
Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring that all milestones are achieved.
Utilize Excel for project tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
Accurately estimate project costs and manage resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage and mentor junior staff and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.
3-4 years of practical experience in construction site management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software.
Strong estimation skills and experience with cost management.
Extensive experience in finishing work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
