โข Coordinate with other designers and PMs to discuss product requirement briefs
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
โข Conduct research on competitors products, and keep up with product design trends and processes
โข Take ownership of design projects and manage design documentations
โข Effectively plan and deliver designs timely to meet deadlines
โข Present design iterations to stakeholders and senior management based on feedbacks
โข Define measurable metrics and prepare reports upon completion of design projects
โข Work on prototypes to bring ideas to life
โข Conduct design jam sessions

โข 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
โข Adequate skills and knowledge on design tools and softwares like Sketch, Principle, Framer.js, etc.
โข Outstanding understanding of human-centric design
โข Adequate prototyping skills
โข Ability to defend designs with logical reasoning based on context
โข Creative and problem solving mindset
โข Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain ideas to variety of stakeholders
