Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Merchandising
Experience: Freshers or less than 1 year Experience
Location: RFL Industrial Zone (Narsingdhi, Rangpur, Rajshahi)
Job Description:
Support product development, sampling, and order processing
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams
Analyze market trends, sales data & prepare performance reports
Collaborate with design, QC, and sourcing teams to ensure quality.
Assist senior merchandisers in executing daily operations
Ensure compliance with buyer and company standards
Who they’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in:
• Merchandising / Leather / Textile
• Business Administration
• Mathematics / Statistics
• Or any related field
Strong analytical & communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel & Google Workspace
Passionate, proactive & eager to learn
Team player with a positive attitude
