Job Title: Recruitment Lead

Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead to join our Human Resources team. The Recruitment Lead will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
· Lead the expatriate recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Identify the right candidates through structured Assessment Centers.
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
· Utilize various recruitment channels such as local and international job portals, social media, and professional networks to source local and expatriate candidates.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
· Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Implement proactive sourcing strategies to keep the talent pool robust and diverse.
· Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR management.
· Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Graduation and post-graduation degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of international recruitment practices, including visa and immigration regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/tools.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
