1 year of experience in customer support, quality assurance, or a similar role (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions for future reference.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure closure.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to relay customer feedback for improvements.
Test new product features and updates to identify bugs or inconsistencies.
Perform end-to-end testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
