Remark HB Limited is looking for “Executive-HR” for their Corporate Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ensuring seamless integration of new hires, driving onboarding programs and ensuring document compliance.
• Coordinating employee development initiatives and training sessions.
• Planning and executing employee engagement and well-being activities, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, trackers, and timely reporting.
• Managing a range of HR functions including contract renewals, document filing, HR store management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Regularly updating employee job descriptions and the organizational chart to accurately represent roles and reporting relationships.
Educational Requirements:
BBA Major in Human Resource Management (HRM) from any reputed educational institution.
Salary: Negotiable
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year.
**FMCG background will be given preferences.
Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge in MS Excel, HRIS Software.
