Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager, Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations within the manufacturing or industrial setting.
Implement and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and achieve production targets.
Develop and enforce safety and quality standards in the workplace.
Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or IPE.
5-8 years of proven experience in operations or production management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within a reputable organization.
Additional certifications in operations management or related fields.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
