Position Title: Customer Service Manager
About the Role:
Saka International Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and streamline the operations of our growing Service Team. With a team of approximately 30 service engineers and technicians, this position is vital in ensuring timely, organized, and customer-centric service delivery across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee scheduling and deployment of service personnel to ensure timely customer support
· Improve internal coordination, time management, and communication efficiency within the service team
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
· Spare parts and Upgrades sales
· Serve as the liaison between the service team and international principals, ensuring clear communication and alignment
· Develop and implement structured workflows, escalation protocols, and reporting mechanisms
· Analyse service performance and identify areas for operational improvement
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (master’s degree preferred)
Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in service coordination, preferably in the industrial machinery or engineering sector; candidates from the pharmaceutical industry will be given preference
Other Requirements:
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities
· Proven ability to manage service sales including spare parts and upgrades
· Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
· Sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and deploying resources
· Experience in communicating with international principals and technical partners is an advantage
Job Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Salary: Competitive, based on the market range and experience
