Position: IT Analyst/IT Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Support moves, adds and changes for PC hardware and software and provides direct support to office
- Monitor the effectiveness of overall office automation and user knowledge to increase the efficiency and productivity of staff and management
- Support data collection systems, administrative applications, and other implemented applications, as required
- Document software and hardware processes
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting requirements of information systems for a manufacturing environment operating.
- Ensure systems backups are performed on a regular basis to.
guarantee information availability in the event of system problems. - Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage technical requirements definition, flows and deliverables for projects
- Contribute to the overall system design
- Will interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
Qualification: CSE graduate from a reputed university.
Job Requirements: At least 3 Years of Experience
Salary: Negotiable
